Account and sign-in

My account

Your own account details: name, email (your sign-in), application language and password change.

Address in the app: /account

The My account window is for managing your own account. Every signed-in user sees it.

Changes to your name, email, language and password are recorded in the audit log that administrators can read (Audit log).

What the window looks like

/account
The My account window: profile, language and password change.

Parts of the window

  1. Profile

Your name and the email you sign in with. Save profile is enabled once something has changed.

  2. Language

An EN | PL switch. The language can also be changed in the application header.

  3. Change password

Three fields: current password, new password and its confirmation. Errors (too short, mismatch, same as current) show above the button.

/account
After editing the email, the current password field appears.

Parts of the window

  1. Password confirmation

The email is your sign-in, so changing it requires the current password.

How to

  1. Change your name

Type the new name in Name and choose Save profile. The button works only after a change.

  2. Change your email

Type the new address in Email (your sign-in). The field Current password (needed to change your email) appears. Enter your password and choose Save profile.

  3. Change the language

In Language choose EN or PL. It applies to the whole application and is saved on your account, so it follows you to another browser.

  4. Change your password

Enter the Current password, the new one twice, and choose Change password. The new password has at least 8 characters and differs from the current one.

Good to know

  • After a password change you stay signed in here and your other sessions are signed out.

Limitations

  • After 5 wrong current passwords, changing the email or password is blocked for 15 minutes.
  • If the email is already used by another account, the server rejects the change.
