Invoices, costs and KPiR

KPiR

The KPiR register: income and expenses in one place, completing invoice details and importing a KPiR file.

Address in the app: /entrepreneurs/:entrepreneurId/kpir

The KPiR window shows the workspace's income and expenses in one register. Use it to check entries and to import a KPiR file.

Edit expenses in Expenses and income in Invoices. Here you only complete invoice details for entries that came from an import.

What the window looks like

/entrepreneurs/:entrepreneurId/kpir
The KPiR register with filters and the import section.

Parts of the window

  1. Filters

Narrow the register by year, text, KPiR column and category. Text search covers the document number, contractor, description and KPiR number.

  2. KPiR register

The table shows 25 entries per page: KPiR number, booking date, document, contractor, income or expense amount, column and category. Use the buttons below the table to change pages.

  3. Entry status

Recorded entries link to Expenses or Invoices. An entry without invoice details has Complete invoice and Remove buttons.

  4. Import KPiR

Accepts a CSV, JSON, XLS or XLSX file and, for CSV, an optional column mapping file. Preview import shows the rows to review before loading.

/entrepreneurs/:entrepreneurId/kpir
The invoice details form open above the table.

Parts of the window

  1. Invoice details

Issue date, IP right, income type and IP income share (%). A share above 0 requires an IP right.

How to

  1. Find an entry

Pick a KPiR year, column or category, or type in Search KPiR. The line below the filters shows the entry count and the income and expense totals.

  2. Complete invoice details

On an entry with the status Invoice details needed click Complete invoice. Check the issue date, choose the IP right, income type and share, then Save invoice details.

  3. Remove a pending entry

Click Remove on such an entry and confirm. This applies only to income entries waiting for invoice details.

  4. Import a KPiR file

In Import KPiR choose a file in KPiR file and click Preview import. Review the rows, select those to load and click the import button showing the number of selected entries.

Good to know

  • Entries that need invoice details are already counted in the totals. Complete them before generating the report.

Limitations

  • Totals skip entries without a PLN amount. Complete the amounts in Expenses or Invoices.
  • In an archived workspace the register and filters stay available, but completing, removing and importing are hidden.
