Faden IP Box keeps IP Box relief documentation in one place: IP rights, evidence of work, invoices, costs and a report with a PIT/IP annex.
Faden IP Box keeps IP Box relief documentation in order: IP rights, evidence of work, invoices, costs and the report.
What Faden IP Box is
A web application for keeping IP Box relief documentation in one place, from the IP rights register to the report.
The app helps prepare documentation. Have an accountant check the results.
Who it is for
The app has three roles. Details are on the Roles and permissions page.
- Entrepreneur works in their own workspace. One person with this role belongs to one company.
- Accountant can have access to many companies. The entrepreneur does not need to sign in.
- Administrator manages accounts and application settings and sees all companies.
How the app is organised
Each company's data lives in its own workspace. Pick it from the Entrepreneurs list. An entrepreneur lands in their own after signing in.
A workspace has windows for IP rights, work entries, invoices, costs and reports. Each has its own page in this documentation.
What you get at the end
A yearly report with the nexus ratio, an XLSX export and a PIT/IP annex.
Only administrators can see the audit log.
Where to go next
Start with the workflow. Look up unfamiliar terms in the glossary.
- From IP rights to the report: the steps from start to finish.
- Roles and permissions: who can do what.
- Glossary: the terms used in the app.
- Hosting and data: where the app runs and who is responsible for the data.
